At Aura-Link, every piece is made and selected with care and intention.
We want you to absolutely love your jewellery and crystal pieces
but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

πŸ’Ž Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at β€˜auralinkjewellery@gmail.com’ with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Permanent jewellery and custom-fit pieces are final sale due to their personalised nature.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


✨ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
